Delivering homes for Shavington’s future
Our Proposals
Shavington needs more homes to meet the needs of local people and future generations. This includes homes for first-time buyers, growing families and people looking to downsize while remaining close to their family, friends and community.
We are preparing proposals for up to 200 new homes, including 30% affordable homes, on land next to the existing Cherry Tree Park development off Alfred Potts Way.
Our aim is to create a neighbourhood that complements the village, provides access to new green spaces and improves walking and cycling connections.
Before we finalise our proposals, we would like to hear your views.
